DATE NIGHT DRESS UP

I know I promised a PINspirations reveal from last week's choices, but I had to share my fabulous experience from last night with you today.  I will have the reveal up tomorrow.  Sorry for the tease, but I promise you will enjoy this!

Last night I had the opportunity to go on a very expensive date night with the Hubs to BLT Steak and to see Cirque du Soleil - Michael Jackson's Immortal World Tour!  Get this...it was totally FREE!!  I have to thank God for His little blessings like this!

Usually date night consists of throwing on a pair of jeans and flip flops at the last minute, dropping the kids at a family member's house and going out for a burger (because we had a coupon).  Hehe!  I never get to dress up and show off some style, so last night I decided to do just that and I wanted to share it with you!

First off, I would like to say, there is nothing like that staple in your closet of a "little black dress"!  You can dress it up, down, around or anyway you want.  Everyone must have one!  This one is from TJMaxx.  I decided to dress it up a little last night with my favorite sparkly necklace with a mix of gold, rose gold and silver.

I wanted to be a bit dressy, but knew we would be walking around uptown and didn't want to wear uncomfortable heels, so I opted for some sparkly sandals instead!  Super cute, huh?  And super comfy!  I also found these Kenneth Kohl Reaction sandals at TJMaxx.

I am totally lost without my watch, however, I am never on time!  Kinda defeats the purpose, but it sure is cute and I love watches!  I happen to love this rose gold Fossil watch, that I found at Dillards on clearance, the most!

We were supposed to leave at 5:45, but you see that didn't happen and I am still taking pictures!  The Hubs is about to have a heart attack at this point!

This watch is perfectly paired with my gold dangle bracelet from Charming Charlie!  They are both dainty and beautiful!  The pink beads on the bracelet mixed with the gold make it seam like it is in the rose gold family.

And here is one selfie, just for fun!

How did I do?  Do you think this outfit is date night worthy?  What about the shoe choice?  Do you have any favorite ways to style your "little black dress"?
